2023-06-29 Release of SCPortalen2! 5' end scRNA-seq data is increasing in popularity and its usage diverges slightly from 3’ end data. Five prime data allows for downstream quantification of promoter/enhancer activity. In this new version of SCPortalen we divide datasets into 3’ end and 5’ end, we provide an update to the interactive plots for the 10x Genomics datasets using the CellxGene tool and we also provide the SCDD interface.

2022-04-13 Added 12 more datasets utilizing 10x Genomics protocols - Now on SCPortalen there are 13 total datasets that use the 10x Genomics Chromium protocol. We have added new Human and mouse datasets from a variety of sample sources. All datasets are processed with CellRanger and are processed with the SkewC QC method. Explore them here.
