The cell transcriptome and cell image datasets on SCPortalen can be browsed freely. Alternatively, datasets or samples can be searched according to various biosample or technical parameters. Some use case senarios (a simple, intermediate and more advanced cases) are presented here in order to outline the functionality of SCPortalen and for new users to familiarize themselves with the layout of the database.
